You’re Not “Normal” — Learn To Make That Your Advantage

1 on 1 coaching that teaches sustainable strategies so you can master ADHD

The “Potential” problem

Living with ADHD feels so frustrating sometimes.

People tell you you’re gifted, but your results don’t show it.
You have ambition and ideas but it’s so hard to get traction. You try so hard you’re burning out, but still wonder if you’re lazy.

Standard Treatment

Often a doctor’s support begins and ends with a trip to the pharmacy.

Priorities get lost, relationships strain or dissolve. Even if you’re smart, charming, funny or brave; shame, doubt and a fear of wasted potential cast long shadows over your life.

It doesn’t need to be this way.

There are MANY ways we can increase focus, navigate tough emotions and regain our confidence.

ADHD Mastery emphasizes the importance of physical health, resilient mindset and habit practices that really treat ADHD.

Confidence

Become the most reliable version of you.

Focus

Put your attention where you want it.

Balance

Navigate life’s ups and downs with grace.

 FAQs

  • A good coach helps bring out the best in you.
Through deep curiosity, thoughtful reflection and honest conversation a coach helps guide you towards your goals.
An extra set of eyes and ears, an extra heart and mind, attending to your life to keep you accountable and in integrity.

  • The biggest difference is our focus in time.

While a therapist tries to help you understand and resolve your past pains, the coaching relationship focuses more on where you’re at now and where you’d like to go.

  • While it’s technically true that anyone can be a coach, my training through the ADD Coach Academy is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, the gold standard of third party accrediting bodies in the coaching industry.

I also personally am hooked on personal growth and am constantly taking new coaching programs, reading new books and refining my practice.

  • My coaching is tailored to your needs. This is not a one size fits all operation.

    I help people :

    • Build strong habits for better health so you can live with more zest (sleep, exercise, mindfulness, etc)

    • Define and achieve professional success so you can love what you do and do what you love (negotiating with employers and clients)

    • Realize and understand behaviour and thought patterns that get you stuck.

    • Develop a stronger sense of self understanding and self confidence.

    • and so much more

We usually meet 3 times per month via phone or video conferencing with some messaging for accountability between sessions.

  • As I said in another question, each coaching relationship is custom and personal. I’ve had clients satisfied with what we’ve achieved in 3 months and others who have worked with me close to 3 years.

Typically we’ll start with a 3 month commitment because it takes some time to get to know one another and to really make permanent change in your life.

  • Typically my clients are adults who struggle with focus, habit building and accountability.

    This has included :

    • Computer programmers, who after working together were able to charge higher rates and spend more time on more meaningful projects

    • Masters and PhD Students, who through working together were able to craft a worklife balance and rise to the top of their cohort

    • Entrepreneurs, who could better balance work and life, prioritize tasks and charge more.

    • Creatives who were able to spend more time on their craft

    • Lovers who were able to strengthen their communication and consequently their romantic relationships.

  • ADDCA accredited ADHD Life Coach
    Certified Behavioural Analyst
Life Long experience living with ADHD
Many more trainings through Heroic.us (formerly optimize.me), EverCoach (MindValley), Breathwork Blueprint (BreathArmy), an extensive collection of books and even a couple of years of college psychology (which I’d be happy to tell you about)

  • Yes.

Truth is, ADHD is probably several different things.
Also, if you actually meet diagnostic criteria it can be hard to jump through the hoops required for a formal diagnosis.
If you relate with the challenges of someone with ADHD, you struggle to build discipline, focus or emotional stability, my tools will help.
